Every startup and company is very different and is in a unique situation. We work with founders and VCs to identify a set of challenges and goals to achieve. Before we start the accelerator program, we define the success metrics and measure them on a monthly basis.
E.g. 1) A startup is able to define the PM process and is able to recruit their first PM 2) Startup is able to define a clear pricing model for the Freemium, Professional and Enterprise offerings and is confident to put it up on the website. 3) Startup is able to get 3 beta customers and get product and messaging feedback to help their roadmap.
